Well it got too windy and rainy for the celebration of El Grito...
The event to celebrate El Grito de la Indepencia de Mexico in Eagle Pass, Texas at the San Juan Park Plaza was about to begin and then it got very windy and shortly after the rain started pouring extremely hard.
