These are photos that I took when during the 2010 celebration at work for Hispanic Heritage Month. This was also the first year we had a salsa contest.
Celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month 2010! ========================= From September 29, 2010 =========================
These are some of the informational pieces and photos of the 2010 Hispanic Heritage Month celebration that also included a salsa contest which took place at the Target Tempe, my then place of work. This was an event that I helped put together as part of the Target Tempe Diversity & Inclusion Council.
The informational pieces were used for a tri-fold that included history of Hispanic Heritage Month, history of salsa, and a list of local Hispanic Heritage Month events. We also coordinated with the inhouse cafe to create a specials menu for the day. There was also a video displayed via a projector with images/photos and brief info about each country that is included during Hispanic Heritage Month.
The photos you see here are a combination of ones I took myself and ones shared by others. The informational pieces are the ones I gathered because I was in charge of putting together the tri-fold. The exception was the header. which had I done, would have been spelled correctly.
